Ingredients
- 2 cans (29 oz each) peaches in heavy syrup
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for topping)
- Cinnamon and nutmeg (for flavor)
Instructions

- Pour contents of one can of peaches into a 9×13 pan; drain the second can and add only the peaches.
- Mix melted butter, salt, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla with the peaches.
