  • ½ cup salsa con queso
  • 3 8-inch flour or corn tortillas

  4. Spray an 8-inch round baking tin with cooking spray.
  5. Layer the casserole: place one tortilla at the bottom, add one-third of the beef mixture, and one-third of the cheese. Repeat this twice more, finishing with cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing; serve topped with sour cream.
