Ingredients
- 4 pounds baby back pork ribs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (or cayenne)
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- Minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder in a bowl; rub onto both sides of the ribs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Prepare the barbecue sauce mixture during the last minutes of cooking.
- Remove ribs from the oven, add sauce on top, and increase temperature to 460°F (240°C) for an additional 10 minutes.
- Broil for about 3 minutes until edges are slightly charred.
