Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 8 oz artichoke hearts (drained and finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 12–14 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Garlic powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin cup and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for about 5 minutes until crisp.
- In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and minced garlic. Mix well.
- Fill each wonton shell generously with the mixture.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
