Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 3/4–1 cup fresh raspberries
- For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of 1/2 lemon

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8 square pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix softened butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and zest until well combined.
