- ¾ cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp cold unsalted butter (cubed or grated)
- 3–4 tbsp ice water
- ¼ tsp white distilled vinegar
- 1 fresh peach (sliced)
- 3–4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- â…› tsp ground cinnamon
- â…› tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Combine ice water and vinegar; add to flour mixture until dough holds together.
- Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
