  • 1 can (5 oz) skipjack tuna
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ½ Tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ lemon (juice of)
  • ¼ cup corn
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp dill relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large wrap (at least 10 inches)

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and combine it in a mixing bowl with Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, lemon juice, corn, red onion, dill relish, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Microwave the wrap covered with a damp paper towel for about 10-20 seconds to make it pliable.
  3. On one end of the wrap, layer shredded mozzarella cheese followed by the tuna mixture.
  4. Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly from the bottom up until fully wrapped.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Place the wrapped seam side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
