- 1 quart chicken stock
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup water
- Juice of 1 lime
- Additional cilantro, for garnish
- Slices of avocado, for garnish
- Hot sauce (optional), for garnish
- 10 small corn tortillas, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
