  • 1 pound hickory smoked bacon, diced
  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 & 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  2. In a nonstick skillet, sauté bacon until crispy; set aside to drain.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned; season with cumin and red pepper flakes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot chili sauce. Add pasta, bacon, beef, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and scallions; toss to combine.
