- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up browned bits. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in butter until melted. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- In a saucepan, combine rice, chicken broth, and minced garlic; bring to boil, then simmer until rice is tender (15-20 minutes). Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Serve chicken over garlic parmesan rice and garnish with parsley.
