  • 68 oz pasta (such as penne or bowtie)
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Croutons (or bread crumbs)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water once cooked.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dill, and garlic powder. Cook in a heated skillet until fully cooked.
  3. In a food processor, blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and water until smooth.
