  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 2 hearts of Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (for the dressing)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for the dressing)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and anchovy paste until smooth. Stir in grated Parmesan and set aside.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente (about 10 minutes). Drain and transfer to a large serving bowl.
