  • 4 chicken apple sausages
  • 24 oz baby potato medley
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Chop baby potatoes and broccoli; slice sausages into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine potatoes and carrots with olive oil and seasonings; spread on sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Toss broccoli with olive oil and seasonings; add to sheet pan after 20 minutes.
  5. After another 10 minutes of roasting, add sliced sausages to the pan.
  6. Roast all ingredients together for an additional 20 minutes; drizzle remaining maple syrup before serving.
