Instructions

  1. Make the crust by combining flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly. Add ice water until dough forms. Chill.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare cherry filling by mixing cherries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, almond extract, and salt in a bowl.
  3. For the topping, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt in another bowl. Add cold butter and crumble until clumpy.
