Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or yellow)
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix all spice mix ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cut potatoes into chips, dry them, and coat with olive oil and half the spice mix.
  3. Bake potato chips at 200°C (390°F) for 30–40 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a frying pan, cook the beef in olive oil until browned; add the remaining spices.
  5. Mix burger sauce ingredients in another bowl.
  6. Assemble bowls: layer the crispy potatoes, beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
