- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- Shredded lettuce
- Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
- Pickle slices
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or yellow)
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Mix all spice mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut potatoes into chips, dry them, and coat with olive oil and half the spice mix.
- Bake potato chips at 200°C (390°F) for 30–40 minutes until crispy.
- In a frying pan, cook the beef in olive oil until browned; add the remaining spices.
- Mix burger sauce ingredients in another bowl.
- Assemble bowls: layer the crispy potatoes, beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
