Ingredients
- 2 large cooked and shredded chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- Fresh pepper to taste
- ½ cup thinly sliced celery
- Blue cheese crumbles for topping
- Ranch dressing for drizzling
- 2 heads of lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium/high heat, cook the chicken with ½ cup of water until fully cooked, using forks to shred it as you go.
- Reduce heat to medium/low and add butter and olive oil. Stir until melted; then add hot sauce, celery seed, and pepper. Mix in sliced celery before removing from heat.
