  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • Fresh pepper to taste
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • Blue cheese crumbles for topping
  • Ranch dressing for drizzling
  • 2 heads of lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium/high heat, cook the chicken with ½ cup of water until fully cooked, using forks to shred it as you go.
  2. Reduce heat to medium/low and add butter and olive oil. Stir until melted; then add hot sauce, celery seed, and pepper. Mix in sliced celery before removing from heat.
  3. To assemble the wraps, place a spoonful of the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf, top with blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing, and serve warm.
