Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 lb bacon
- 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2–3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat and add oil.
- Cook diced Yukon gold potatoes on one side for about 15 minutes, flipping midway.
- Add bacon to the other side and cook until crispy, then set aside.
- Flip potatoes and add cubed chicken seasoned with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook until fully cooked.
- Combine chicken and potatoes on the grill; top with cheese and crumbled bacon. Cook until cheese melts.
