  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Fresh ginger and garlic

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the sauce ingredients: low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes (optional), and beef broth with cornstarch.
