  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • Dash of salt and fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with balsamic vinegar and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare gremolata by mixing minced basil, parsley, garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Grill the corn until charred, then slice off the kernels.
  4. Grill the marinated steak to medium rare and let it rest before slicing.
  5. Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
